“L’Uva e le Stelle” is located inside 400 plants of ancient olive trees, one of the excellence of Italian nature. The olive park is completely enclosed and secured with a robust fence, so it’s easy for you, your kids and pets to play, take a walk or simply stroll in nature without worries.
Outside the park you will find Umbria at its best: olives, wines, paths into the woods easy to walk or bike. You will experience the real scents of what Italy is: a country with every possible landscape you can imagine, with nice weather too.
The location
Ancient and modern
Looking at the Villa you will see old stones walls outside and modern and elegant interiors once through the door. This contrast suggests you the path our property had since the beginning: an old farming and country house turned into a modern and beautiful Villa.
Once you get through the gate you will find a big parking: from there you can follow the main road that leads to the Villa and its main entrance.
The living area
“L’uva e le stelle” is a 2-floor building.
Ground floor is the area you will mostly live in during the day: step in and you will find a “small” living-room with an old fireplace and a relax area with a comfortable sofa and TV. From this area you can access a huge dining-room with a modern table made out of wood and steel that can comfortably sit up to 12 people.
Just a few steps down, the “big” living-room with a modern fireplace, TV and some nice sofas is ready to welcome you and your loved ones.
The kitchen
Next to the dining room, here is the kitchen: it is modern, fully equipped with electric stove, big fridge with ice-making feature, dishwasher, oven and microwave. If you open the door that leads outside, there you will wind our huge barbecue and wood oven (just imagine the smell of a pizza coming out of this!).
Both inside and in the outside area you have Wi-Fi. Inside you can also enjoy air conditioning or heating if you need them.
Bathrooms, SPA and laundry
Just beside the kitchen there is a little service bathroom that leads to the private SPA area, very intimate and cozy, equipped with Finnish sauna and steam bath.
In the little corridor between day and night areas you find an equipped wardrobe that keeps out of sight a complete laundry system with washing machine and dryer. You can’t see it, but it’s in place where it is most needed.
Bedrooms at ground floor
Bedrooms are located both on the ground and the first floor: this way you can assign the best solution for every need to your family. Maybe elderly people can sleep at ground level so they have everything in reach without any steps to climb, or maybe one of your guests simply enjoy to step out of bed and directly get into the garden.
On the ground floor you have two main bedrooms, one with a four poster bed and the other one specifically designed for disabled people, with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedrooms at first floor
From the stairs at the main entrance, you can reach the first floor, where you will find another three main bedrooms: two of them have a balcony with a spectacular view on the outside.
The sixth bedroom is located in the external dependance, so it’s the one to choose to have a little more privacy.
Every bedroom have ensuite bathroom with a big shower and window, king or queen sized beds, wardrobe, and two details that literally “talk” Italian: terracotta floors and ceilings with wooden beams.
The outside
Just outside, a huge patio sits at ground level, with tables and sofas facing the garden. From there you can access the gym, all Technogym equipped: treadmill, elliptical and multifunctional machines, upright exercise bike. Everything you need in an air-conditioned room.
Finally, the pool: rectangular shape, 50 by 20 feet, its depth ranges from 4.5 to 8.2 feet, and it has a solarium zone just around the stone borders with beds, relaxing chairs, umbrellas, tables and chairs.
The pool is exclusive and can be used from April to October.
